Desktop Support Officer

Are you an experienced Desktop Support professional looking for your next contract? AARNET needs your skills to start as soon as possible for a 6-month contract assignment . You will have excellent communication skills and have prior experience resolving technical issues via telephone support and face to face. You will have working knowledge with MS Desktop products, MacOS and iOS, Active Directory, Exchange, Remote Desktop Protocol, Zoom, Slack, Teams along with working knowledge of MS SCCM, Microsoft Intune and Jamf for desktop deployment.
