+ Provide daily desktop PC deployment experience and desktop support
Required Experience:
Onsite Desktop Services Support, Active Directory, SCCM / MECM, PXE Boot Imaging Standard hardware support Cable management
Preferred Qualifications:
Networking skills (Cisco Telecom, VLAN, Port Patching, Akkadian) AV Systems (Lenovo Hubs) iPhone/iPad support (JAMF) -it would JAMF experience would be nice but not required, it’d mostly be working with other teams to build the phones assemble and deploy.
+ Provide quality phone support to hospital staff in a 24/7 environment on all company supported applications. This can include, but not limited to, documentation, tracking and monitoring all support requests and incidents and other peripherals used in the company as well as related telecommunications systems.
