Desktop Support Specialist

Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to provide end-user hardware support, manage IT assets, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. The role involves desk side support, hardware break-fix services, inventory and supplier management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders while delivering excellent customer service.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide hardware break-fix support, primarily through whole unit replacement when required
Deliver deskside and end-user support as per defined service standards
Execute hardware installations, upgrades, and configuration changes
Manage and maintain on-site spare parts and equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Macintosh, Windows, Linux, and mobile platforms
Interface effectively with end users, management, VIP users, and local technical teams
Ensure adherence to defined IT processes, work instructions, and escalation procedures (both proactive and reactive)
