Shift timings : Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 08:00 AM-04:30 PM

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Training duration depends on the selected candidate's skill level, ranging from a few days to several weeks.
• On-site training is mandatory.
• Provide quality phone support to hospital staff in a 24/7 environment for all company-supported applications.
• Handle documentation, tracking, and monitoring of support requests and incidents.
