Key Responsibilities
Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Provide Smart Hands support for networking hardware.
Assist with Windows OS support, software installations, and security updates.
Manage basic Active Directory tasks (password resets, account unlocks).
Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).
Requirements
Experience: 1-3 years in IT support.
Technical Skills: Windows OS, networking basics, and Active Directory.
Certifications: CompTIA A+ (or willingness to obtain), ITIL knowledge is a plus.
Languages: English (Basic - intermediate level) + Spanish language proficiency.
