We are seeking an IT Support Technician with strong experience supporting Intune, Autopilot, and Windows desktop environments. The ideal candidate excels in fast-paced environments and delivers consistent, high-quality technical support to end users.
Responsibilities:
+ Support Intune and Autopilot setup, refresh, and integration with Windows 11 deployments.
+ Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 end-user support, including hardware troubleshooting, peripheral replacement, software installation, and Windows 10/11 issue resolution.
+ Manage and prioritize tickets within ServiceNow following ITIL practices.
+ Package and deploy software, manage licensing, and oversee updates across a remote or distributed workforce.
