Overview:
The Desktop Support Technician provides front‑line technical assistance to end users in a Windows‑based environment. This role is responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and basic network issues while delivering a high level of customer service and white‑glove support.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Troubleshoot end‑user issues within a Windows environment, including Windows 7 and Active Directory account support such as password resets, permissions management, and user access troubleshooting. Support provided in person, via email, and occasionally over the phone.
+ Resolve basic network connectivity problems including IP configuration issues, mapping network drives, verifying connectivity, and setting up PC peripherals such as printers, monitors, and docking stations.
+ Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, attentiveness, and a white‑glove support experience for all users.
