Desktop Support Technician I

Pay Range: $25/hour to $28/hour 

 
Summary

The Desktop Support Technician is responsible for providing technical support to the user community. This role focuses on troubleshooting and resolving issues related to desktop hardware, software, and other computer-related technologies in an enterprise environment.


The technician will support users both onsite and remotely, ensuring reliable operation of workstations, peripherals, and network connectivity.

Key Responsibilities



  • Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance to end users as needed




  • Image PCs, laptops, and Macs using tools such as SCCM and Casper




  • Analyze, maintain, and repair personal computer hardware, software, and peripherals




  • Install and configure printers and peripheral devices
