Job Summary

The Desktop Support Technician is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. This role ensures all systems are operating efficiently and that employees can perform their duties with minimal technical disruption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/macOS) and standard business applications.
  • Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly through remote or onsite support.
