Desktop Support Technician

Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our Technical Staffing division for a Desktop Support Specialist. This is a direct-hire opportunity for an outstanding end-client in the hospitality industry. This position is on-site in Plano, TX, M-F, 8-5PM CST. The offering hourly rate is $24/hr.

This role provides desktop support, including deployments, equipment moves, installations and configuration changes. Support includes troubleshooting complex issues on Windows PC's, MAC's, printers and mobile devices, install software, peripherals and transfer data.
