About the Role
We are looking for a Desktop Support / Desktop Refresh Technician to assist with an upcoming hardware refresh project. This is a hands‑on, project‑focused, temporary position supporting the deployment, configuration, and replacement of end‑user devices across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone with desktop support experience who enjoys fast‑paced, structured project work and working directly with users.

+ Assist with desktop/laptop refresh activities, including device imaging, configuration, and deployment.
+ Back up and migrate user data following established procedures.
+ Install and configure operating systems, applications, and user profiles.
