Key Skills





+ Proficient with Microsoft SCCM and Intune.



+ Strong troubleshooting experience with Windows 11, O365, and Active Directory.



+ Skilled in supporting and resolving issues on iOS.



+ Able to install, configure, and support various hardware such as scanners, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
