Desktop Support Technician – Greenwich, CT
We are seeking a skilled and customer‑focused Desktop Support Technician to join an expanding IT team supporting a busy clinical environment in Greenwich, CT. This role offers a mix of project work and daily end‑user support, serving a wide range of professionals including clinicians, managers, and administrative staff.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will support both ongoing projects and day‑to‑day technical needs, including:

+ Providing in‑person, phone, and email support for desktop and end‑user issues

+ Troubleshooting in a Windows environment, including Active Directory account and permission management

+ Resolving basic network connectivity issues, IP conflicts, and mapping network drives and printers

+ Deploying and supporting desktops, thin clients, workstations, and multifunction devices

+ Offering white‑glove service to professionals across multiple departments
