Desktop support-Windows operating system

Performs basic configuration of desktop / notebook /printers. May assist with simple parts replacement and repair on desktops /notebooks/ printers. Leadership in technological support for events in the main auditoriums of the corporate building, Travel may be required Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 - 18:00hrs & Saturday 9:00 - 13:00hrs Knowledge of Windows operating Knowledge and experience with Service Now and Office Suite Experience in managing suppliers and staff under their supervision Client service skills attending VIPs Intermediate English level desirable
