Technical Support Specialist


The Technical Support and Services Technician plays a pivotal role in our IT operations, serving as the primary point of contact for any IT-related issues that arise.


  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop (full Windows and thin client) issues with a focus on timely resolution to minimize disruptions.
