We're recruiting a Despatch Co-ordinator for an engineering manufacturer in Pulborough. This Despatch Co-ordinator role focuses on organising daily shipments, booking couriers, and ensuring products leave site on time and correctly documented.

As the Despatch Co-ordinator, you will work closely with manufacturing and sales to confirm what's ready to ship, plan despatches, and keep delivery expectations clear.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and book UK and international shipments using courier portals
• Prepare shipping paperwork and export documents
• Liaise with manufacturing and sales on shipment readiness
• Pack goods securely and load/unload vehicles when required
• Maintain accurate records and follow health, safety, and quality procedures
