Position Title: Destination Expert.

Work Experience - Minimum 5 years of work exp.


 Role Overview:  

The Destination Executive is responsible for expanding product supply, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing destination performance through market research, assortment planning, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Supplier Contracting & Onboarding: Research, shortlist, and onboard new suppliers based on business needs; ensure timely product loading on the website.
  • Inventory Infusion: Identify assortment gaps and add new products by assessing supplier inventory and market demand.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, resolve queries, and ensure smooth operational coordination.
  • Assortment Optimization: Refine product mix using destination trends and source‑market insights to improve visibility and conversions.
  • Market & Competition Analysis: Track market trends, customer preferences, and competitor pricing to inform product and pricing strategy.
  • Bundle Creation: Build destination‑specific bundles by selecting suitable components and coordinating with relevant teams.
  • Supplier Offers: Work with suppliers to secure exclusive offers and promotional deals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (product, marketing, tech, ops) for seamless execution of tasks and initiatives.
  • Destination Page Management: Update hero images, product tags, and sort order to enhance product discoverability.
