Destination Service Coordinator (Customer Service)

We’re looking for someone who’s enthusiastic, friendly, and ready to learn! If you enjoy talking to people and solving problems, this could be the perfect first step in your customer service career.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Helping our customers across Western Australia by making sure they get the service they need
  • Working closely with our teams to keep things running smoothly
  • Communicating with customers to answer questions and resolve any issues
  • Supporting our teams with day‑to‑day tasks
  • Learning new systems and growing your skills on the job

What We’re Looking For:

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • A friendly, helpful attitude
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office is a plus)
  • The ability to stay organised and manage your time
  • A team mindset and a desire to grow
