**Job description**:
- 8 YOE - Frontend Angular, React
- Establish and enforce best practices for web component development, testing, deployment, and accessibility compliance.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in web development to keep our library cutting-edge.
- Willingness to mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Open to working directly with product managers and community stakeholders to align the library development with product goals and needs.
- Strong understanding of design principles (atomic design) and experience working with design systems (Figma experience a plus)
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure components meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
