DEV LEAD ENGINEER

A Dev Lead Engineer will work as part of small, Agile team to deliver code on a consistent, independent basis while also helping teams manage and eliminate technical debt and keep an eye on project risk.
- Size, estimate, track, and report development efforts; progress against goal
- Manage technical debt
- Mentor development team
- On point for the agile team's iOS/Android delivery
**Requirements**:
- They also are experienced in actively participating in and leading Agile ceremonies (standup, retrospectives, story definition), leading code reviews and reinforcing coding best practices, and experienced in coaching team members in problem-solving techniques and effective delivery of software solutions.
