Role Overview 

We are seeking a hands-on Development Lead with strong experience in React, Node.js, NoSQL, AWS services, and AI/GenAI development. This role reports directly to the VP of Engineering and will support Digy4’s global enterprise customers across North America, UK, EU, and APAC. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead architecture and full-stack development across Digy4’s platform ecosystem 
  • Design and build modern, scalable user interfaces using React and Chakra UI 
  • Develop backend services in Node.js and design efficient NoSQL data models 
  • Integrate AI/GenAI workflows using Python, including RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and automation scripts 
  • Collaborate closely with Product, AI/ML, Quality Engineering, and Customer Engineering teams globally 
  • Mentor engineers, enforce coding standards, and guide architectural decisions 
  • Participate in customer-facing discussions, integrations, and technical delivery 
  • Build and operate cloud-native services on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, Amplify, S3, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS) 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

  • 7–10 years of experience in full-stack JavaScript development 
  • Strong expertise in React, Chakra UI, Node.js, and NoSQL databases 
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, including serverless and scalable cloud architectures 
  • Proven experience implementing AI-driven features and integrating LLM-based workflows (primarily using Python) 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, conduct code reviews, and support enterprise customers 
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills 

Nice-to-Have 

  • Experience with Java, TypeScript, Terraform or automated deployments 
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation ecosystems
