Scope of the Role

The e-Powertrain Validation Planning Support Engineer works closely with the e-Powertrain (ePt) system design team to ensure technical risks are identified, prioritized, and mitigated for each ePt configuration. The role's scope includes:

• Risk Management: Collect risks identified in DFMEAs, sort them by RPN (Risk Priority Number = likelihood × severity), and help identify simulation or physical test activities (bench, lab, full machine) to mitigate those risks within cost and time constraints.


• Validation Planning: Develop and refine validation plans, balancing technical risk reduction with program timelines and budgets.


• System Readiness: Gather readiness summaries from component and subsystem teams.
