Job Description

This role supports a mission‑critical CRM platform operating within a highly controlled IT environment. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and production support resources to ensure accurate validation, controlled deployments, and overall platform stability.

The engagement may include participation in:

  • Release planning activities
  • Change management and control reviews
  • Production readiness assessments
  • Post‑implementation and production support
