The Claims Products Group is responsible for designing, delivering and continuously improving the technology products that power Kaiser Permanente-s end-to-end claims ecosystem. Our teams enable accurate, timely and compliant claims processing that supports financial stewardship and great member experiences.
We build and support core claims products that power eligibility, pricing, intake, adjudication and member communications. Our squads include Product Managers, Tapestry SMEs, developers, designers and testers who work collaboratively to deliver high-quality, compliant and modernized claims capabilities.
