Gopinion is a small Boston based start up with the goal of bridging the communication gap between businesses and their customers. Through the Gopinion mobile app, users fill out micro-surveys (max 20 seconds), and select an instant reward from either the business they reviewed or any other business in our system. The data from these micro-surveys is collected on the individual business owner’s web dashboard where they can engage with the users through our app.

What stage are we?

We are currently in Alpha testing. We have an app in the app store, and are currently testing a proof-of-concept in 15 locations around the Copley and Harvard Square areas. We have businesses such as Flour Bakery, Burger King, Dependable Cleaners, and the Duck Tours among others.
