**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain the company’s software infrastructure across platforms such as Notion, Google Workspace, Zoom, and other internal tools.
- Oversee and improve existing automations; implement new automations to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Provide IT support to the internal team, resolving technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist in onboarding new clients by setting up tools, systems access, and ensuring smooth integration into our workflow.
- Support team members with software-related needs, troubleshooting platform issues, and providing basic training when necessary.
- Monitor system performance and propose upgrades or improvements to support business growth.
- Ensure data organization, access control, and security protocols are properly followed across platforms.
