Job Title: BY ESP Developer

Location: Hyderabad, India

Reports To: BY ESP Architect / Supply Chain IT Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and modernize Blue Yonder ESP v2022 implementation
• Develop new ESP features aligned with business planning needs
• Configure constraint planning, pegging, inventory balancing
• Streamline batch processes & documentation
• Strengthen integrations with ERP, Anaplan & OMS
• Improve batch SLA compliance and reduce production incidents
• Support UAT, hypercare & production operations

Must-Have Skills

• Hands-on Blue Yonder ESP (JDA ESP) experience
• Strong supply planning concepts (constraint planning, ATP/CTP, pegging)
• Oracle SQL / PL-SQL, batch processing, Control-M
• ERP integration exposure (SAP / Oracle)
• Willing to work onsite in Hyderabad

Strong Plus: SCPO, OIL scripting, SPARQ solver, BY certifications
