Developer Integration Services

As a Developer in our Integration Services team, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing and supporting integration solutions across the group using our middleware platform. You’ll work closely with delivery squads, business stakeholders and vendor partners to deliver APIs and integration components that underpin customer experiences across digital and contact centre channels.

Working as part of an inclusive and collaborative team your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing and supporting APIs and middleware components
• Delivering continuous improvement of integration solutions aligned to business objectives
• Working with Agile delivery squads to meet agreed outcomes and timeframes
• Providing technical input into design, development standards and DevOps practices
• Collaborating with architects, peers and managers to uplift platform capability
