Developer Relations & Commercial Leasing Manager

We’re Hiring | Developer Relations Manager / Commercial Leasing Manager (Delhi NCR)

We’re looking for a professional who can confidently engage with developers and asset owners—and convert conversations into closures.

What you’ll do:

- Build and manage strong relationships with developers, mall owners & institutional asset owners.

- Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and deal closures.

- Represent our firm in developer meetings and senior-level interactions.

- Create and maintain a strong commercial supply pipeline, while driving active transactions.

- Balance long-term relationship building with immediate leasing outcomes.

Ideal background:

- Proven experience in developer relations, commercial leasing, or institutional real estate.

- Strong exposure to large-format commercial projects / malls / mixed-use developments.

- Ability to communicate confidently, negotiate effectively, and close deals.

- Comfortable handling senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

This is a role for someone who can talk business, build trust, and close transactions.
