Role Overview
The Developer professional responsible for analysing business user requirements, delivering system enhancements, and supporting bug fixes within complex trading and risk environments. The role involves hands-on development and automation using Unix shell scripting and SQL to integrate Murex with upstream and downstream systems, while implementing and supporting core market risk functionalities such as VaR, sensitivities, stress testing, and back testing. The candidate will work closely and independently with project managers, business analysts, business users, and external vendors to ensure robust, accurate, and efficient market risk solutions aligned with business and regulatory needs.
