Resource should be able to handle Production Support activities and + Yrs of experience to take care of operations.
Should be familiar with Standard Operations Process for immediate escalations

Should be able to handle P, P priority issues

Should have strong SQL knowledge

Should be good at Shell scripting

Should have Bigdata skills (Hive, Impala, Spark, Yarn)

Should have knowledge on AWS EMR

Should be good at analyzing Spark application performance

Should be strong at debugging, drill down if any production issues to resolve the issue on priority

Able to handle multiple tasks at a time, coordinate with multiple teams and resolve issues at the earliest

With good attitude and strong communication skills
