Job Description

What you'll be doing:

  • Technical, hands-on implementation and advanced support consultant with insurance carrier expertise.

  • Responsible for client implementations, configuration, and development; advanced production support, enhancements, defect resolution, and customer support.

  • Manage and/or work with many clients directly and indirectly in all phases of the client life cycle.

  • Understand technical, educational, business management, and internal responsibilities, and maintain accountability with assistance from management and peers.

What we're looking for:

  • Hands-on technical design, development, configuration, and implementation of XML, JQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS applications.

  • Has systems implementation and client systems integration experience.
