Development Associate Job Number: 24-12344 Job Summary: The Development Associate plays an important role in strengthening relationships with donors and supporting fundraising efforts that fuel Integral Care's mission. Reporting to the Director of Resource Development, this position helps manage donor data and communications, contributes to events and online giving campaigns, and supports strategies that inspire generosity and long-term engagement. The Development Associate works across departments to ensure donors see the impact of their support and to help secure resources that expand our mission.
