Support project management teams in the planning and execution of property development projects.Conduct market research and feasibility studies to support project decision-making.Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.Prepare and manage project documentation, including budgets and schedules.Monitor construction progress and address any issues that arise.Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for property developments.Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards within the property industry.Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status.
