Development Associate

Job Description

POSITION OBJECTIVES
The Development Associate will oversee the management, maintenance, and
optimization of the donor and member database to support fundraising and member
relations, and gift acknowledgement and reporting, contributing as an active member of
the advancement team. By ensuring accurate data entry, reporting, and analytics, the
Development Associate contributes to the successful achievement of the organizations's advancement goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in database management and experience with donor management systems.
This position reports to the Executive Director. This is full-time temporary, in-person
position located at our headquarters in Sun Valley, CA.
