Development Associate

McDowell Housing Partners is looking for a Development Associate to join our growing team. The Development Associate plays a pivotal role in the organization’s mission to provide high-quality affordable housing for families and seniors. This position is an integral member of the Development Team and will work on all aspects of the development process at the direction of the Director of Development and in concert with the Design, Construction, Finance, and Acquisitions teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in real estate development and/or project management in planning, civil engineering, architecture, construction, land development, or a related field

• Strong interest in real estate development and affordable housing, curiosity to learn, and a strong work ethic

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational abilities
