The Role
We're looking for a remote-based Development Coach to join us who has the passion and expertise to guide the next generation of leaders and managers. If you love coaching, thrive on making a real impact, and want to work in a values-driven, future-focused organisation, this could be the role for you.
As a Development Coach, you'll:
- Deliver Leadership, Management and Coaching apprenticeships up to Level 5, through engaging, virtual sessions.
- Inspire and support a caseload of up to 46 learners across a wide range of clients, tailoring your coaching to every individual.
- Champion innovation including the smart use of AI and digital tools to elevate the learner experience.
