Development & Commercial Estates Manager

We're recruiting on behalf of a major public sector organisation for an experienced Development & Commercial Estates Manager to lead a high-value, multi-asset property portfolio exceeding £500m.

This role plays a key part in driving financial resilience, supporting service delivery, and delivering commercial growth across a diverse estate including offices, industrial, logistics, rural assets and development land.

The Role

• Lead and deliver a large investment and commercial property programme.
• Drive strategic planning, asset performance and long-term estate optimisation.
• Develop and implement acquisition, disposal and investment strategies.
• Identify underperforming assets and lead value-add or disposal plans.
