Summary

As the Development / Consulting Manager, you will be the execution leader of InnoCoDev. You’ll oversee both the Development Unit and Consulting Unit, ensuring delivery excellence, resource alignment, and team growth.

This is not a “traditional PM” role — it is a hands-on leadership position that combines program oversight with technical and consulting depth. You will coach a team of Solution Architects, Engineers, Consultants, and Business Architects/Analysts, while driving customer success across multiple co-development initiatives.
