We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Development Control Team, in a key service support role. You will preferably have experience of the delivery of support activities to a development control service and experience in the validation of planning applications. This should include the use and development of information technology systems to deliver and improve local authority planning services. Experience, knowledge or understanding of Local Authority Land Charges and Right to Buy services will be a distinct advantage, as will the ability to manage a small team of support staff.
