    An established Australian property developer is seeking a Development Coordinator to support the delivery of residential and mixed-use projects across metropolitan Melbourne. This is an outstanding opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on exposure across the full development lifecycle.


    Development Coordinator

    Working closely with Development Managers, you’ll play a key role in supporting active projects from early feasibility through to delivery. This is a hands-on, learning-focused role designed to build strong technical, commercial and project management foundations.
    You’ll be involved in real projects, real decisions, and real outcomes — not just admin.


    Responsibilities
  • Assist the development team with day-to-day coordination of live projects
  • Support development feasibilities, cash flow forecasts and project budgets
  • Track consultant appointments, approvals, reporting and documentation
  • Assist with authority, consultant and contractor coordination
  • Prepare internal reports, meeting notes and project updates
  • Support project controls including programmes, risks and milestones
  • Gain exposure across planning, design, delivery and settlements
  • Skills & Experience
  • A degree in Property, Construction Management, Engineering, Urban Planning or similar
  • Graduate to 1–2 years’ experience in property, development, construction or consultancy
  • Strong Excel skills and an interest in feasibilities and cash flow modelling
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, organised approach
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to ask questions
  • Stron financial accumen 
  • A genuine interest in property development as a long-term career
