Who We Are

This is a corporate role in a regional group reporting to the CEO. The company is set on a path of growth adding new properties to their current portfolio.

Your role will be to source new investors/developers and prepare a feasibility report and journey new owners through to signing management agreements. You'll work with various social media platforms, brokers and developers to support the development pipeline through to pre opening.

Who We're Looking For
  • Previous management experience in a sales development role (Hospitality / Real Estate/ Serviced apartments) - Essential
  • Experience of sourcing new developers / owners - Essential
  • Ability to identify and target potential clients - Essential
  • Excellent organisational and presentation skills with the ability to confidently influence stakeholders - Essential
  • Working knowledge of the various construction, building, licensing process - Essential
