Overview

The Development Director leads end-to-end project development, from feasibility and site acquisition through construction and handover.

Responsibilities

  • Drive project development strategy and execution
  • Manage consultants, authorities, and key stakeholders
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and risk management
  • Coordinate across design, procurement, and construction teams
  • Support commercial and investment decisions

Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 15+ years’ experience in infrastructure or data center development
  • Strong commercial and leadership capabilities
  • Proven stakeholder and authority management experience
