The Development Engineers II are experienced professionals who take on more complex software development tasks. They are responsible for designing and implementing software solutions, conducting code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to the overall improvement of the development process. Development Engineers II have a deep understanding of software development principles and technologies and play a key role in delivering high-quality software products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Delivers medium-high complexity development or automation tasks as part of a team. Influences in collaborative meetings with peers and stakeholders. Interacts with stakeholders, create requirements and demonstrate work. Documents code. Follow established software product engineering practices related to software development.
- Works under moderate supervision with access to assistance for work assignments not covered through established guidelines.
