Development process knowledge for Electronics and electrical parts
2. Harness wire , Switches , USB AND OTHER electrical parts
3. EV specific parts development ( Bus bar , FLEX PCB ETC )
Good analytical skills – Root cause analysis
Defect Analysis.
Multitasking, Good interpersonal relations with all stakeholders, Good communication and presentation skills, Ability to work under pressurised conditions.
