About the role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Development Engineer to join the engineering team of the world’s leading manufacturer of Backhoe Loaders and SiteSafe articulated dumpers, within the Mid‑Range product group. Reporting to the Test & Development Manager, you will join a dedicated and passionate team working on a variety of innovative programmes that support the development and improvement of JCB’s current and future products.

What does this role involve day to day?

· Testing and developing both new and existing product designs

· Investigating technical issues and proposing effective design solutions

· Reviewing product changes to ensure compliance with external and internal DVPSOR requirements
