Development Engineer
Location: Greater Manchester / Cheshire / Lancashire
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
The Engineer must be able to demonstrate a successful track record in R&S Design, liaising with consultants, statutory bodies and subcontractors and process a good all-round knowledge of site development and the road and sewer adoption process.
They must have extensive experience of working with contractors and knowledge of construction of roads, sewers and foundations for residential developments.
Experienced in the use of Microsoft office.
Proficient using AutoCAD, and preferably a work knowledge of PDS and MicroDrainage.
JOB ROLE
Assist in the preparation of project environmental procedures.
Visits sites periodically to monitor construction compliance with issued information, planning conditions etc.
Checking the design and construction of highways, drainage, services, groundwork's, landscaping, infrastructure, and all associated ancillary works.
