Basic Job Functions: 

  • Support DE test setup, execution, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various test systems including thermoelectric coolers (TEC), and Peltier module-based test equipment.
  • Use understanding of engineering & tech skills to interpret instructions into actions and experimental outcomes.
  • Provide feedback on test fixtures, procedures, and designs to improve reliability and efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance and calibration of test tools and instrumentation.
  • Maintain detailed logs of maintenance, repairs, test setups, equipment performance.

    • Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years of relevant technical experience or 2 years of experience as an Engineering Test Support II at First Solar.
