Job Description

The Tier-4 Escalation Engineer is a critical member of the enterprise software support and engineering team. You will troubleshoot complex production issues, implement fixes, and improve product reliability. The role requires deep technical expertise across cloud, virtualization, storage, and networking domains, with a focus on minimizing downtime and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dive deep into customer-reported issues by analyzing logs, debugging production code, and identifying root causes.
