The Role

It’s an exciting time to be joining the Housing Development team at Stoke-on-Trent City Council. The City is in its Centenary Year and we are delighted to announce our Future 100 Prospectus (City Prospectus: Future 100 | City Prospectus | Stoke-on-Trent). There are pioneering projects planned across the City and Housing plays a key part in that.

The Housing Development team is working with Homes England and other partners on an ambitious Housing Delivery Pipeline of almost 5,000 new homes across 23 sites and we are looking to develop an affordable housing pipeline to deliver an additional 200 new affordable ...
